Each of the first five learning modules ends with a mandatory quiz that must be passed before the next module unlocks.
Course content
Six learning modules plus two assessment stages
The programme covers nutrition, food safety, galley management, provisioning, diets, food production, storage and waste management through short video lessons and supporting reading.
Module 6 and assessment stages 7–8
Module 6 prepares you for the practical cookery video in Module 7 and the final exam in Module 8.
