Complete six learning modules, submit the practical cookery video in Module 7 and sit the remote proctored final exam in Module 8.
How it works
From online training to the separate authority application
Cook's Ticket provides the training and assessment pathway. The Danish Maritime Authority handles the separate application for the official certificate.
Completion and application
After a pass, we report the outcome and issue our Certificate of Completion. You then apply separately to the Danish Maritime Authority.
